These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ProductOS plugin and the website at aiproductos.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by N Barrett, doing business as ProductOS ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if different) to purchase or use the Service. By purchasing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
ProductOS is an AI-powered product development plugin consisting of specialized subagents and orchestration tools. The plugin is sold as a one-time purchase and delivered as a downloadable file activated by a license key. The plugin runs locally on your machine via Anthropic's Claude platform.
ProductOS is available in multiple tiers, each with different feature sets as described on the pricing page at aiproductos.com at the time of your purchase:
Your license entitles you to the features included in the tier you purchased. Feature descriptions on the website at the time of purchase form part of these Terms.
Upon completing your purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the ProductOS plugin — limited to the tier you purchased — on your own devices for your own personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

Each purchase entitles you to one license key. License keys are tied to the email address used at purchase and are intended for use by a single individual. We reserve the right to revoke or deactivate license keys in cases of:
If your license key is revoked due to a violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund.
ProductOS is sold as a one-time purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice; however, any price change will not affect purchases already completed.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the plugin for any reason, contact us at hello@aiproductos.com within 30 days of purchase to request a full refund. Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated and you must delete all copies of the plugin from your devices.
Upon processing your refund, your license key will be deactivated immediately. Continued use of the plugin after a refund has been issued constitutes a violation of these Terms. No partial refunds are available after the 30-day window. The 30-day money-back guarantee is limited to one refund per customer. If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to immediately deactivate your license key and may pursue recovery of the disputed amount.
After the 30-day window, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue at any time, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
EU Customers: For customers in the European Economic Area: By completing your purchase and receiving your license key, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) once the license key is delivered. This does not affect our separate 30-day money-back guarantee described above.
The plugin uses AI (via Anthropic's Claude) to assist with product development tasks. You acknowledge and agree that:
Plugin IP: The ProductOS plugin, including all code, documentation, prompts, agent configurations, branding, and design, is and remains the intellectual property of N Barrett / ProductOS. Your license does not transfer any ownership rights.
Your Outputs: You retain full ownership of any content, documents, plans, or other outputs you create using the plugin, to the extent permitted by Anthropic's terms of service for the Claude platform. We claim no ownership or license over your outputs.
Anthropic's Role: Your use of the plugin is also subject to Anthropic's terms of service and usage policies for Claude. We are not responsible for changes to Claude's capabilities, availability, or terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
We do not warrant that the plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all systems or configurations. We do not warrant that the plugin will continue to function if Anthropic changes the Claude platform or its APIs.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NATE BARRETT / PRODUCTOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PLUGIN.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless N Barrett / ProductOS from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
The plugin requires Anthropic's Claude platform to function. Use of ProductOS requires a valid Claude/Anthropic subscription, and your use of Claude is subject to Anthropic's Terms of Service. Outputs generated by AI agents within the plugin are subject to Anthropic's intellectual property and usage policies. We encourage you to review Anthropic's terms for any additional conditions that may apply to AI-generated content.
We are not affiliated with Anthropic and have no control over Claude's availability, performance, pricing, or terms of service. You are responsible for maintaining your own Claude subscription or access. We are not liable for any disruption to the plugin caused by changes to the Claude platform.
We may release updates to the plugin from time to time. Updates may be necessary to maintain compatibility with changes to the Claude platform. While we intend to provide reasonable support and updates, we do not guarantee any specific level of ongoing support, maintenance, or updates.
We may terminate or suspend your license at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the plugin and delete all copies from your devices. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5–9 and 13–15) will survive.
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at hello@aiproductos.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed with binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Utah. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If arbitration is not enforceable in your jurisdiction, disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
